About Dr. Kelly
Dr. Kelly graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 1986. He completed a family medicine residency in Jackson, Mississippi in 1989. He then practiced in DeSoto County for over 25 years before opening the first Direct Primary Care office in Southaven on July 1, 2020.
He moved from a traditional fee-for-service practice to the Direct Primary Care model, and Crossroad Health DPC no longer accepts insurance. The practice offers a free 30 minute consultation to talk through the DPC model. Dr. Kelly also provides FAA aviation medical exams to the Mid-south area.
Away from work, he enjoys woodworking and beekeeping. He performs in community theater and sings with the Mississippi River Chorale.
Membership and fees
Membership at Crossroad Health DPC is $20 a month for ages 13 to 20 when enrolled with a parent, $50 for ages 21 to 45, $75 for ages 46 to 65 and $100 for ages 66 and over.
There is a one-time $100 registration fee per family.
The flat monthly fee covers unlimited office visits with no copays, and members get discounts on labs, pathology and imaging.
