About Dr. Loukatos

Dr. Loukatos earned his medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. His undergraduate studies were at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He began his career as an emergency medicine physician in 2003 and has served as medical director of multiple emergency departments.

Dr. Loukatos founded AlphaCare Urgent Care in 2018. He is also a staff physician there. He believes most patients who end up in the ER can be cared for in an urgent care setting, for much less cost and in a more comfortable place.

He is committed to giving Gulf Coast patients care that is fast, friendly and cost-efficient.
