About James Riggen

Premier Plus is $499 a month per adult for in-clinic visits, labs twice a year and specialty access, Premier Plus Family is $899 a month per adult with children 21 and under included, and Elite is $1,250 a month per adult for extended hours, advanced longevity testing and MedJet enrollment, with children $25 a month each on Premier Plus and Elite.
