About Dr. Nair

Dr. Nair completed her residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. She is board certified in lifestyle medicine. Rhythm Medical was founded by Dr. Nair and her husband, Hari Nair.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she and her husband personally swabbed over 4000 patients and gave same-day confirmatory COVID-19 test results to schools and nursing homes. She takes a limited number of patients on purpose. Members get 24/7 access to her by phone, text or email, same-day or next-day appointments and longer, more personalized visits.

The practice works with adults ages 18 and up and partners with a certified personal trainer and mental health professionals.

Membership and fees

Rhythm Medical Primary Care runs a flat monthly membership for direct primary care and does not bill insurance for office visits.

The membership fee covers all visits with no out-of-pocket charge for office visits, and annual membership includes lab tests up to four times a year.

A one-time registration fee of $50 per member applies, and members can pay upfront for 12 months and save 10%.
