About Dr. Libby
Dr. Libby earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the University of New England. He completed a Family Medicine residency at Tufts / Greater Lawrence Family Health Center and a Primary Care Leadership fellowship at Harvard / Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

He moved to Cape Cod as a National Health Service Corps Scholar and has lived and practiced there since 2015. He founded Lotus Primary Care in 2025.
He has cared for patients in clinics from Wellfleet to Hyannis, on farms in rural Maine and by telehealth across many states. He tries to understand each person as an individual, meet them where they are and guide them toward their own health goals. He provides primary, preventive and episodic care and manages chronic conditions.
He performs office procedures such as skin biopsies, joint injections and uncomplicated laceration repairs. He enjoys cooking, hiking, camping and photography.

Membership and fees
Membership at Lotus Primary Care is $250 a month for an individual and $400 a month for a family of 1 or 2 adults plus dependent children ages 0-25.
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $200 per person or $400 per family.
All memberships include direct communication with your personal physician, un-rushed office visits and access to advanced diagnostic testing at member rates.
