Dr. David Finn, MD

About Dr. Finn

Dr. Finn graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1999 and completed his internal medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2002. He is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He began his career as a full-time clinician, precepted residents and taught medical students.

Dr. Finn is the Medical Director of both the Concierge Medicine practice and the Executive Health Services practice at Mass General. He has served as Director of the McGovern Service, a service for outpatient physicians who stay involved in their patients' hospital care. In 2019 he was named the inaugural incumbent of the Gill and Allan Gray Family Endowed Chair in Internal Medicine.

He has a special interest in care design that came from his leadership roles in administration and practice. He believes deeply in the continuity model of care. He provides primary care for adults and is affiliated with Mass General Brigham.
