About Dr. Miller

Dr. Miller founded Apex Concierge Health, a concierge direct primary care practice, and is its Chief Physician for Family Medicine. He is also a staff physician at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. He built Apex around fewer patients, longer visits and a doctor who knows each patient's history before they walk in.

Dr. Miller completed his degree at Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore. He also finished a pre-med program at Towson University and completed medical school and residency at the University of Maryland. He was class president in medical school and won Resident Researcher of the Year in his final residency year.

He first became interested in healthcare as an EMT during his undergraduate studies in Jerusalem. He manages mental health care directly, along with annual physicals, chronic conditions and specialist referrals. He cares for families, from pediatric sick visits to adult chronic disease management.
