Foundation also includes core blood tests, early cardiovascular risk markers, an iron and vitamin D check, and secure messaging and after-hours guidance, while Comprehensive adds an annual EKG, grip strength assessment, expanded tests and a women's hormone panel, and Sage adds a cognitive and mobility assessment, DEXA bone density, a medication review and a vaccination strategy.
