Facts on this page last checked November 2026. How we check doctors
Dr. Keller graduated with honors from Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013. She finished residency training in 2016, starting with an internal medicine intern year and then moving to family medicine to include pediatric patients. She is board certified in family medicine and in manual manipulative treatment (OMT).
She is the owner and founder of Open Hands DPC. The practice does not accept any form of insurance, and patients pay the practice directly. At this time, Kentucky Medicaid recipients are not legally allowed to contract directly with their physician, so the practice cannot care for patients with Kentucky Medicaid.

She manages long-term illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, depression or anxiety, heart disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, lung diseases and allergies. She also treats short-term problems such as sinus and respiratory infections, UTI evaluation, headaches, ear infections and skin rashes.
Membership tiers at Open Hands DPC run from $0.50 to $1.50 per day, and extra services can be added at cost or the membership level changed.
DOT physicals cost $100 by appointment.
