About Dr. Manire
Dr. Manire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Music Performance, Magna Cum Laude, from Austin Peay State University. He completed a Master of Music in Vocal Performance and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology at the University of Louisville. He attended medical school at the University of Pikeville, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, and served there as an OMT Fellow.
He is trained to provide primary care for people of all ages, from newborns to elderly. His interests include preventative medicine, complementary and integrative medicine, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, acupuncture and acupressure, prolotherapy, transgender healthcare, and HIV/AIDS. He visits members in the hospital on request and coordinates their care with hospital physicians and specialists.
Members of Our Family Direct Primary Care pay a monthly fee directly to the practice. The practice requires members, adults and children, to document that they are up to date on CDC recommended vaccinations, with a documented medical contraindication as the only exception. The practice does not see nursing home patients at this time.
Membership and fees
At Our Family Direct Primary Care, a child membership (ages 0 to 19) costs $30 a month when the child is with an adult member and $45 a month without an adult member.
An adult membership costs $65 a month for ages 20 to 44, $90 a month for ages 45 to 64 and $110 a month for ages 65 and older.
A family membership for up to 2 adults and up to 4 children costs $195 a month.
Membership includes up to 5 visits a month, an annual physical with recommended screening labs, and same day or next day appointments after onboarding.
Joining carries a one-time enrollment fee, and wholesale labs, imaging and medications are not included in the membership fees.
