About Mark Bickers

Mark Bickers earned his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. His training included a residency in internal medicine at the University of Louisville and a three-year fellowship in cardiovascular disease, where he was chief fellow. After residency, he started a private practice as an internist and practiced primary care alongside his father at the Floyds Knobs clinic.

He opened the first internal medicine practice in Salem, Indiana, and covered the emergency room at Washington High Memorial Hospital. From 1990 he kept a full-time cardiology practice in New Albany. At Concierge Care of Southern Indiana he focuses on primary care.

Outside work he enjoys riding horses and supports IU athletics.
