About Jessica Vodicka

Vodicka is a family nurse practitioner. She is the lead practitioner at Vodicka Family Health and Wellness LLC, an integrative medicine practice in Lemont, Illinois. She completed a nursing bachelor's degree at Illinois State University and a master's in family nurse practitioner studies at North Park University in Chicago.

She is a certified functional medicine practitioner. She uses functional medicine to look for the root cause of health issues, with lab tests such as micronutrient and food allergy and sensitivity testing. She treats the whole family and manages general health and conditions such as IBS, diabetes and food allergies.

She offers weight loss help with diet counseling and support. She may include mental health services as part of in-home care, such as therapy, lifestyle modification, medication and lab testing. She provides primary care through her telemedicine practice.

Her in-home care is offered as telehealth visits or visits to the patient's home, depending on location. She mixes supplements and lifestyle changes with traditional Western medicine in an individual plan for each patient. She believes everyone deserves high-quality, affordable and convenient health care.

She cares for patients 12 and older, and for in-home care she sees people of all ages.
