About Dr. Marabella

Dr. Marabella earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida and her medical degree at St. Matthew's University. She completed residency at Case Western Reserve University and was selected as Chief Resident. She is board certified in Family Medicine.

She spent more than seven years with Endeavor Health before she founded Blossom Family Medicine. Blossom Family Medicine uses a membership model that keeps its patient panel intentionally small. Dr. Marabella provides primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management and long-term wellness.

She also offers evidence-based weight management and GLP-1 therapy as part of a broader approach to metabolic health. She shapes treatment plans around how a patient actually lives instead of a standard protocol. Patients can reach her directly by phone or text.
