Dr. Luria earned her MD from Georgetown University and completed her residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. She completed a transitional internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. She has practiced general dermatology in Kailua since leaving the Army in 2011.
She provides dermatologic care for patients of all ages, including general, surgical and aesthetic dermatology. While serving in the U.S. Army, she taught dermatology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and served as Chief of Dermatology at Fort Drum and Fort Meade. She has served as President of the Hawaii Dermatological Society.
She participates in research registries for psoriasis and eczema. She enjoys tennis, reading, painting and hiking.
