About Dr. Fabrizio
Dr. Fabrizio attended the University of South Carolina and earned her medical degree at its School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Richland Memorial Hospital (now Prisma Health Richland Hospital) in Columbia, South Carolina, and served as Chief Resident. She moved to Savannah in 2001 and worked at Memorial Health until 2021, serving in several capacities.
There she supervised the SCAD Health Clinic for many years, was involved in the teaching program for internal medicine residents and sat on numerous hospital committees. In 2021, Dr. Fabrizio and her longtime friend Angie Mixon, a nurse practitioner, decided they wanted more out of primary care. Dr. Fabrizio enjoys boating and working in her yard.
