About Dr. Ghaleb
Dr. Ghaleb earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Fresno in 1997 and an MD from Ross University School of Medicine in 2002. She completed her family medicine residency in 2005 at Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia. She was an attending physician for Memorial and St. Joseph's/Candler before founding Family Medicine of Pooler.
In 2010 she and her husband, Dr. Pete Ghaleb, opened Family Medicine of Pooler after her eight years with Memorial Health. In 2017 the practice became a direct primary care practice. She leads patient care, and Dr. Pete Ghaleb handles administrative leadership.
Appointments are longer and more personal, with same-day or next-day availability when possible. Outside work she enjoys biking, off-roading and scuba diving.
