About Dr. Dziuba
Dr. Dziuba graduated from the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She finished her residency at Floyd Family Medicine in Rome, GA, in 2019. She is a founder of Foundation Direct Family Care with Dr. Michelle Little, and the two met in residency.
She chose family medicine in part to get to know her patients, and she cares for both chronic and acute needs for the whole family. She has also practiced medicine at a nearby jail with Dr. Little, alongside the clinic. She enjoys decorating cookies, cooking and gardening.

Foundation Direct Family Care memberships cost $80 a month for ages 0 to 17, $100 a month for ages 18 to 64 and $120 a month for ages 65 and older.
The college student membership is $80 a month. The family plan is $330 a month for up to 2 adults and 2 children per household, and each additional child is $40 a month.
