About Dr. Tong
Dr. Tong studied at Duke University, where she received a degree in computer science. She received a full Health Professions Scholarship from the United States Air Force and finished at Duke University School of Medicine in 1993. She completed her internal medicine residency at Emory University School of Medicine in 1996.
From 1996 until her honorable discharge in 1999, she served as an internal medicine physician at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. She then practiced general internal medicine on the Emory faculty from 1999 to 2013 and was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at The Emory Clinic, where she taught and mentored medical students and resident physicians. She joined Personalized Primary Care Atlanta in October 2013.
She enjoys piano and exercise.
