About Larissa Coffey

Coffey is a Master's degree prepared family nurse practitioner. She previously worked as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner in both military and civilian settings before opening a direct primary care practice. She is a Navy veteran with two active duty tours and a Gulf Breeze native.

Coffey founded CoreHealth Direct Primary Care and owns it. She can prescribe, diagnose and manage most acute and chronic conditions, and she can practice independently in Florida under House Bill 607 (March 11, 2020). In 2024 she and her practice partner were featured on a podcast episode about autonomous nurse practitioners expanding access to care in Northwest Florida.

Membership and fees

Adult membership at CoreHealth DPC is $75 a month for ages 18 and over.

Child membership for ages 0 to 2 is $75 a month. Child membership for ages 3 to 17 is $50 a month.

There is a $75 enrollment fee per person, and members get a free monthly health coaching visit with the nurse practitioner.
