About Dr. Haynes
Dr. Haynes is a board certified family medicine physician and obesity medicine physician. She attended medical school at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed her residency at the Halifax Health Center for Family and Sport Medicine Residency Program. Monthly membership is $179 for adults age 19 and up and $119 for children age 0 to 18.
A one-time $100 registration fee is added to the first month's payment.
Membership covers clinical and telemedicine visits without extra fees during regular office hours, and members get ear wax removal, stitch removal, abscess drainage, urinalysis, EKG, spirometry and a urine pregnancy test at no added cost.
