About Ashley Fleck

Fleck earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2011. She earned a Master of Science in Advanced Family Practice Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. Soon after, she completed a post-master's certification in Psychiatric Mental Health.

She is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in Family Health and Psychiatric Mental Health. She founded Space Coast Health & Wellness and is its lead care provider. She started the practice because she believed patients deserved better than rushed appointments and revolving providers.

She keeps her schedule limited so every visit gets time and attention. She provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and more, for children ages 8 and older and adults. Space Coast Health & Wellness offers a medically guided weight loss program with prescription therapy and nutrition guidance.
