About Dr. Kass
Dr. Kass established his private practice in Pinellas County in 1986. He directs the Tampa Bay Cosmetic Surgery Center. He personally performs every injection and surgical procedure at the center, including facelifts, eyelid surgery and facial filler treatments.
He has performed the Hetter chemical peel for facial rejuvenation since shortly after its introduction. He also developed his own techniques for treating festoons (malar bags) and for Silikon 1000 microinjections. Dr. Kass graduated from Boston University, first from the undergraduate program and then from the School of Medicine.
He completed postgraduate training at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, N.Y. He then completed his residency at the University of South Florida, where he was Chief Resident. His fellowship in oculo-facial plastic surgery was at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital under Dr. Albert Hornblass.
