About Dr. Soto

Dr. Soto is a fertility specialist and reproductive endocrinologist who sees patients in Miami. He earned his medical degree at the Monterrey Tech School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he was also awarded a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

He later completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Cleveland Clinic. He also holds a Master of Science in clinical embryology and andrology from the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. His focus areas include infertility, IVF, fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, congenital uterine anomalies and reproductive surgery.

He performs tubal reversals and other surgeries with minimally invasive methods such as laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and robotic surgery. He has published peer-reviewed articles and textbook chapters and has presented research at national and international meetings. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Outside work he enjoys playing guitar, singing, tennis and capoeira.
