She completed a four-year obstetrics and gynecology residency at Wake Forest University in 2010, then trained in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine in Norfolk, Virginia. During training she was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Scholar and spent a year doing research at the National Institutes of Health. She practices individualized care and tries to meet each patient where they are, physically and mentally.
Her work includes diagnostic procedures, transvaginal ultrasounds, egg retrievals and transfers. She is also interested in longevity medicine and talks with patients about diet, exercise and sleep. Outside work she enjoys weightlifting, yoga, pickleball and cooking for family and friends, and she has completed 7 marathons.
