Weight loss pricing is monthly self-pay pricing: semaglutide plus B12 is $199 for the starting dose (0.25 mg) and $289 for maintenance (2.4 mg), and tirzepatide plus B12 is $269 for the starting dose (2.5 mg) and $439 for maintenance (15 mg), each including medication, B12 and physician care and monitoring.
