About Dr. Nussbaum

Dr. Nussbaum earned his MD at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada. He finished his post-graduate training and served as Chief Resident at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark. He has practiced internal medicine in Brandon since 1988.

In 2013 he founded Insight Life Care, a membership-based concierge internal medicine practice. The practice provides lab work, injections and infusions in the office and offers house call doctor services. Membership and fees

Membership at Insight Life Care includes VIP Care at $2,500 a year, which gives members 24/7 access to their doctor and unrushed appointments.

Elite Care is $5,000 a year and adds access, support, and home or office visits.

Membership includes unlimited office visits, and same day or next day appointments are guaranteed.

The practice also offers a Medicare VIP Plan with concierge benefits for the same copay as a traditional primary care doctor.
