About Dr. Heywood

Kendrick Heywood practices regenerative medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with Liquivida Lounge, and Liquivida offers vitamin IV therapy and innovative aesthetics. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Biology and continued his medical education at the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where he first developed an interest in functional medicine. He is certified in the use and prescription of medical marijuana in Florida and is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

He has served as Medical Director at Liquivida Lauderdale Beach, with a special interest in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and male performance enhancement. He describes his practice as focused on age management and regenerative therapies that address the root causes of age-related health issues, and says he believes in empowering patients to optimize their health at every stage of life. He appeared in a WSFL-TV "Inside South Florida" segment in August 2024 discussing preventative, root-cause-focused care and Liquivida's diagnostic testing, such as DEXA scans and VO2 max assessments.
