About Dr. Garner

Dr. Garner is a board-certified Internal Medicine doctor. He is co-founder and Medical Director of ExclusIV Medical Services, a mobile IV therapy and wellness medical group. As Medical Director, he supervises the licensed clinicians who give treatments there.

He has served in the military for more than 30 years and reached the rank of Colonel. As a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force, he has focused on casualty evacuation and patient movement. He led a Special Operations Medical Element team.

He also worked as an AFSOC International Health Specialist with medics from partner nations across Africa and Europe on casualty evacuation and mass casualty response. He contributed to the AFSOC IRON program, which aims to improve special operations airmen mentally, physically and spiritually. He holds several degrees, from Public Health to Business Management.
