"First I want to mention that the Review App did not have the option to choose “none” as far as areas for improvement. I had to make a selection - so since scheduling requires speaking to staff for customized appt - I chose that - but the process was efficient and I appreciated the thoroughness of the medical history paperwork they sent me.
