About Dr. Raitzin

Dr. Raitzin earned a BA in psychology at Emory University. He earned his MD with high honors at Ross University School of Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at UConn Health.

He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. At UConn Health he served as faculty attending, assistant professor and clerkship director. He left academic medicine to build his own practice.

His experience spans pediatrics, adult medicine, women's health, geriatrics, hospitalist medicine and labor and delivery. When it helps, he contacts other physicians directly to coordinate a patient's care. He believes patients should understand the reason for a recommendation before being asked to follow it.

The membership covers an annual wellness exam, same-day acute care, 24/7 physician access, unlimited office visits and in-office blood draws, and house calls are a flat $100.
