About Carla Chromik

Carla Chromik is a board certified nurse practitioner. Her work has ranged from critical care to palliative care, and she now focuses on functional and longevity medicine. She earned a Master's in Public Health alongside her nursing degree.

She is a certified provider through the Institute for Functional Medicine, where she trained in a whole person approach to chronic disease. She also holds advanced certifications in Bioidentical Hormone Optimization and Peptide Therapy. She works with patients on hormone imbalance, gut health and chronic fatigue, and with people who want a more proactive approach.

She takes time to understand labs, history and goals before building a personalized plan. She keeps learning about preventative, root cause care.
