About Dr. Tahir

Dr. Tahir is the founder and medical director of SereneVille Health. She served as medical director and supervising physician at Premise Health for 8 years before that. Her medical degree is from Bahria University, Shifa College of Medicine, earned with distinctions and a scholarship.

She completed a family medicine residency with the University of Central Florida / HCA Consortium, NFRMC and Palms Medical Group. She applies her family medicine experience to manage the long-term health of her patients. She caps the size of her practice so each member gets personalized attention, responsive communication and proactive care.

Patients can reach her directly between appointments. Her private practice specializes in physician-led metabolic weight management, advanced peptide therapies and hormone optimization. She spent 2 years in endocrinology at Cleveland Clinic and Northwestern University.

She has also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has co-counseled patients with Licensed Mental Health Counselors. She is an active member of the American Obesity Medicine Association.
