Dr. Dane earned a B.S. from the University of Michigan and his D.O. from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and dermatology residency at Beaumont Health System. He completed a fellowship in Mohs Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at an ACGME-accredited program.

He is a double board-certified dermatologist and facial cosmetic surgeon and is certified in integrative dermatology. He specializes in skin cancer removal and facial cosmetic procedures, including the ModernLift, upper blepharoplasty and liposuction of the neck and jowl areas. He pioneered the ModernLift, a deep plane facelift and neck lift performed under local anesthesia.

He has completed numerous dermatologic medical missions to underserved communities around the world.
