About Dr. Moore

Dr. Moore's background is anesthesiology, pain management and addiction medicine. He founded Medcan, Florida's first medical office to focus on certifying patients for medical cannabis, and Medcan has helped Florida patients navigate medical cannabis since 2016. He was one of the first 100 physicians in Florida to pass the medical marijuana examination to recommend medical marijuana under state law.

He was appointed to the State of Florida panel that set the maximum daily dose limit of THC and was the only actively recommending physician on that panel. He has donated over 10,000 hours to help those in need, including time as a missionary in Papua New Guinea and as a medical instructor at the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center in Tanzania. He is also an inventor and founder of The Freedomscope Project, and he is a life-long and avid runner.
