About Dr. Lavy
Dr. Lavy is the medical director and founder of New England Fertility. It was the first non-hospital-based outpatient in vitro fertilization center in Connecticut. He founded it in 1991, after four years as an assistant professor at Yale and director of the Yale program for assisted reproduction.
His current work focuses on infertility, and he speaks and writes on assisted reproductive technology, gestational surrogacy and egg donation. He is on the medical staff in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stamford Hospital. He trained at Hadassah Medical School of Hebrew University in Israel and completed his residency at Yale University School of Medicine.
