About Dr. Levi

Dr. Levi is the founder and medical director of Park Avenue Fertility and Reproductive Medicine in Trumbull, Connecticut. The practice describes itself as a concierge fertility practice where one physician looks after each patient. Dr. Levi coordinates all patient care himself, which the practice says helps with continuity of care.

He earned his undergraduate degree at Haverford College and his medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Georgetown University Hospital and a three year fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the National Institutes of Health, the National Naval Medical Center and Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He was an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and has lectured at residency programs, national conferences and community forums.
