About Nicole Lambdin

Nicole Lambdin is a Colorado native. She began as a certified nursing assistant and then earned a nursing degree. She worked for nearly a decade as a registered nurse before returning to school.

She is a former critical care nurse and cancer researcher. Lambdin owns UPright Psychiatry. She focuses on medication management and clinical evaluations.

Her approach is integrative psychiatry that goes beyond medication. Treatment plans can include supplements, exercise, community involvement, therapy referrals and genetic testing. Her mission is to help patients move from a lower state of mind back to feeling UPright again.

She also works on a hospital psychiatry consultation service, where she cares for complex patients of all ages and illnesses. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, mountain biking and running.
