Jeremiah Velasquez is a nurse practitioner who founded Steel City HRT & Weight Loss. The practice is clinician-owned and based in Pueblo, Colorado. Care is fully remote by telehealth, with no in-person visits required at any stage.

The practice serves men and women across nine states. It provides medically supervised testosterone and hormone replacement therapy. Care also includes metabolic weight loss and peptide optimization.

LDN, tadalafil therapy and isotretinoin are also provided by telehealth. Every patient is seen by Velasquez. Velasquez holds the FNP-BC and AGACNP-BC credentials and dual board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Velasquez has active prescriptive authority in Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Washington and Wyoming. Velasquez hosts the podcast The Optimized NP.
