Dr. Capin founded Dermatology Associates of Colorado and has practiced dermatology in the Denver area since 1986. The group, owned by Dr. Capin and others, was later acquired by ADCS Clinics. She received her medical education at the University of Colorado Denver Health Sciences, completed an internship in internal medicine and trained in dermatology at the University of Colorado.
In January 2015 she completed a two-year fellowship in Integrative Medicine with the University of Arizona under Dr. Andrew Weil. Her main interest is general dermatology, with a particular interest in rare skin disorders and the complex patient. She brings integrative medicine learning into her practice and offers complementary and alternative treatments.
