• Basic Plan costs $300 a month.
• Comprehensive Plan costs $350 a month.
• Advanced Solutions Program costs $400 a month.
• The Basic Plan is $300/month and includes office visits with the physician (up to 24/year) and physician cell phone access (no labs/imaging).
• The Comprehensive Plan is $350/month and adds Calcium CT scan, Transvaginal US, Abdominal US, wellness labs and ECG.
• Laser Genesis for the face is $250 per session (package of 4: $875).
