About Dr. Rodems
Dr. Rodems graduated from UC Santa Cruz and earned her medical degree at the UCLA School of Medicine. She completed her residency through the UCLA Family Medicine Residency program. She had been in private practice in Los Angeles before founding her direct primary care practice, Good Times Santa Cruz reported.
She founded Santa Cruz Direct Primary Care in 2016. She believes in advocacy for her patients and in guiding them through today’s medical environment. She also believes in evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s family, living environment and community.

Membership and fees
Membership at Santa Cruz Direct Primary Care is $90 a month for adults ages 20 to 44.
Membership is $110 a month for adults ages 45 to 64.
Membership is $130 a month for adults ages 65 and older.
Children ages 0 to 19 pay $50 a month when a participating adult is a member.
College students ages 17 to 20 who enroll at UCSC or Cabrillo College pay $90 a month without a parent membership.
Nursing home and assisted living patients pay $170 a month.
New patients and their families pay a one-time $100 registration fee at enrollment.
The monthly fee includes chronic care management, annual wellness exams, acute visits, routine gynecological exams, cryotherapy, electrocardiograms and spirometry.
In-office procedures are free and part of the membership.
