Dr. Paul Turek, MD

About Dr. Turek

Dr. Turek founded and directs The Turek Clinic. His focus is men's sexual health and reproductive urology. He graduated from Yale College summa cum laude and attended medical school at Stanford University, where he also took top research honors.

He completed his urology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in male reproductive medicine and microsurgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He was recruited to the faculty of the University of California San Francisco. There he was awarded membership in the Academy of Medical Educators and became a full professor with an endowed chair in urology.

He received a National Institutes of Health grant for research to help infertile men become fathers. He invented sperm mapping, an alternative to microdissection procedures. He has published hundreds of clinical and scientific papers and has given nearly 1,000 lectures around the world.
