Membership and fees

Garden Pediatrics offers three options: a Direct Patient Care (DPC) tier with no insurance billing, a Concierge tier that still bills insurance, and a traditional tier with no monthly fee where families keep using insurance and additional service charges apply for costs insurers do not reimburse.

The DPC tier costs $200 a month or $2,300 a year, and $175 a month or $2,000 a year for siblings, with the yearly prices discounted when paid in full, and in-house services are included except cost-based specialized PCR testing and vaccines.

The Concierge tier costs $150 a month or $1,700 a year, and $125 a month or $1,400 a year for siblings, with the yearly prices discounted when paid in full.

Fees vary by plan. Ask the practice.
