About Dr. Gilberg-Lenz

Dr. Gilberg-Lenz is one of the physicians at Women's Care of Beverly Hills. She received her medical degree from the USC School of Medicine in 1996. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and UCLA.

In 2010, she completed a clinical Ayurvedic Specialist degree at the California College of Ayurveda. She is the author of the book Menopause Bootcamp, published by Harper Wave in October 2022.
