About Dr. Pittman

Dr. Pittman is a general internist and primary care physician. His board certification in internal medicine comes from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and serves as a staff physician at Cedars-Sinai.

He grew up in the Bay area in northern California and enjoys hiking, cooking and tennis. He was previously an Associate Physician Diplomat at UCLA Health. There he was a senior member of the extensivist clinic, which treats patients with multiple complex chronic conditions, and he worked in the lipidology clinic.

He served as associate director of the UCLA Long COVID program, treating patients with chronic symptoms after COVID infection. He takes the time needed to understand each patient's complete health status. He takes a caring and compassionate approach and values his relationships with patients.

He oversees the work of specialists and other providers so that treatments consider the whole patient. He provides preventive care and pre-operative exams, and he leads the practice team in creating personalized treatment plans.
