About Dr. Reddy

Dr. Reddy earned her MD at Bangalore University in 1998. She did an internship at Jersey City Medical Center in 2002 and a residency at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego in 2004. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in rheumatology.

She founded Arthritis Care and Research Center in 2010. She spent 15 years treating patients in traditional medical settings. In October 2024 she founded the Functional Health Institute, where she is Founder and Medical Director.

She is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and has pursued advanced training in functional and integrative medicine. Her care blends conventional medical knowledge with personalized, systems-based care for members with complex inflammatory and immune-mediated conditions. She helps people facing autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, fatigue and metabolic dysfunction.

She looks for the root causes of chronic disease, inflammation and immune imbalance. She believes true healing happens when people feel heard, understood and involved in their health journey. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, learning and reading.
