He worked as a flight surgeon and Rescue Doc, mainly in HH-60 helicopters and C-130 and C-17 airplanes. He has served over 700 days in 23 countries. Dr. Cline founded Grassroots Healthcare Foundation after seeing a community need for affordable, high-quality, patient-centered primary care.
He has delivered over 1,500 mothers and babies.
