About Dr. Davies

Dr. Davies earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Puget Sound and her medical degree from the University of California, Geffen School of Medicine, graduating in 1997. She served as Chief Resident during her Family Medicine residency at Santa Monica/UCLA Hospital. She is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds membership in the American Women's Medical Association. After residency, Dr. Davies started a private practice in Glendale, California, and served as a clinical faculty member at the Glendale Adventist Family Medicine Residency for three years. In 2004 she moved to Los Gatos to join an established local practice. She also holds designation as an FAA Senior Aviation Medical Examiner performing pilot medical certificate exams. Her practice focus includes preventive medicine, nutrition and weight control, and annual and sports pre-participation physicals. She describes her practice philosophy as team-based, personalized care with a focus on preventive care, diet, exercise and stress reduction.
