About Dr. Kallem

Dr. Kallem is a primary care physician at Apollo Health Care Center in Mountain View, California. She is board certified in family medicine (ABFM) and in obesity medicine (ABOM). She trained in family medicine as a resident at The Institute of Family Health in New York.

She is also a USCIS civil surgeon who performs immigration exams. Before Mountain View, she worked with complex patients at a busy practice in Pleasanton. She has served diverse patient populations.

Preventive medicine, chronic disease care and lifestyle medicine are among her professional interests. She finds the biggest reward in medicine in helping patients take charge of their own health. She also wants to help patients find work-life balance and build healthy habits that last.

Away from work, she likes cooking healthy meals, music and travel to new places.
