About Dr. Buda
Dr. Daniel C. Buda is a family medicine physician who completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of California at Irvine. He graduated in the top one third of his class at Western University of Health Sciences. Before medical school, he earned a Master's degree and a Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University.
His doctoral dissertation looked at upper extremity disorders, especially carpal tunnel syndrome. He previously served as Director of Rehabilitation at a number of outpatient physical therapy centers. At UC Irvine Medical Center, he was recognized for his bedside manner, communication skills and compassionate care.
He limits his practice to a few hundred patients. His mission is convenient, individualized care that helps patients take charge of their health.

The membership fee is not covered by insurance or Medicare.
The Choice Care individual adult membership is $300 per month and covers all-inclusive primary care.

The family membership for 2 adults and 2 children is $700 per month.
There are no per-visit charges, except minor fees for supplies used in procedures.
Membership includes extended office visits of 30 to 60 minutes, access to the doctor by email, text, phone and video chat, annual physicals with school, work and camp forms, and well-woman exams including Pap smears.
Membership also includes an on-site pharmacy with wholesale priced medications, coordination of care with specialists and advocacy with insurance companies.
Home visits are offered for an extra fee.
